During over 30 years as a fundraiser and over 40 years as a professional writer, Kayt C. Peck has earned the respect of her clients, funding agencies and her colleagues. She served three years as a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) International Board of Directors (overseeing and organization of 27,000 professionals world-wide) and has over 10 years of senior leadership in the AFP International Diversity programs. She founded Flying Pigs Creative Services in 1991 on the principle that worthy organizations should have access to professional fundraising and developmental resources based as much or more on their ability to serve humani30 as their financial resources in hiring professional staff.
Peck brings also a creative view to the business as a published novelist and playwright. She has published numerous articles and short stories and served for fourteen years as a public affairs officer in the U.S. Naval Reserve. Her work as a consultant has spanned a wide range of missions and has include organizations throughout the US and in Iraq and Croatia.

Bob Glidewell, Vice-President and Chief Advisor
Bob Glidewell, is a grant writer for the Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business at the University of Missouri. He works closely with the Associate Dean for Graduate Research and Studies, college faculty, the Missouri Training Institute, and the Missouri Innovation Center to research possible program sponsors and to develop successful grant proposals. This includes interdisciplinary partnerships with other schools and colleges within the MU campus, especially in projects that seek Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) or Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) funding from federal and state agencies. At the invitation of the National Science Foundation, he has served multiple times on the NSF SBIR/STTR Phase l & ll grant review panels as both a general and commercial reviewer.
Bob began his grant writing career in 1996 and has assisted various non-profit and commercial organizations in Texas, Oklahoma and Missouri. His previous publications include newspaper, magazine, and journal articles as well as training manuals for both corporate and government clients. He serves as the co-editor for Dreamcatcher Books, a small book publishing firm in New Mexico and is a member of its board. Bob has a BA in political science from Southwest Oklahoma State University and a BA in English-creative writing non-fiction, with a double minor in both environmental studies and natural resources from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
